Brazilian beans come from Finca Capim Branco in the Cerrado Mineiro region, grown at 1,150m and processed naturally to enhance its sweetness. The Rwandan component is sourced from smallholder farms in the Ngororero district, grown at 1,550-1,900m and washed to preserve clarity and brightness. The Indian Robusta is cultivated in the Baba Budangiri region, at 900m, using honey processing to add body and depth.
